A Raheim White

For this project, I desire to create a work (or works) that combine my various passions: healing, sounds, colors, crystals, movement, intricacy, architecture, the ethereal and awe. My healing adornment creations, RahCrystals, has been my attempt at scratching these curiosities but I’ve never had the space to combine all of these, seemingly, disparate fancies.

Not only am I invested in the physical wo-manifestation of this work but I’m also curious as to who I will become during this process. With a daily meditation practice, challenging myself to draft designs, journaling and providing myself with yoga, Reiki, sound healing, and forest bathing on a rotating basis, who knows what lies ahead. I desire to know myself deeper. I am fanning my internal flame of expansion.

My initial idea is to create a windchime. For such, the mechanics will be very different - new elements of balance, strings, the chimes, connecting these to wire and crystals...many new variables to solve. Not to mention the desire to create something that’s aesthetically pleasing!

This is the deep dive point. May there be Majesty on the other end!
